How do I confirm or process an order?

You can confirm and process orders directly from your dashboard. Just update the order status and prepare the product for shipment.

Who handles the delivery?

Shoppsm can manage shipping through our Fulfillment by Shoppsm service, or you can choose to deliver orders yourself — whichever works best for your business

When do I receive payment for my sales?

Payments are transferred to your registered bank account after the order is successfully delivered and confirmed by the customer.

When will I receive my order?

Track the status of your order: Woodmart marketplace provides the ability to track the status of an order by tracking number.

Can I track my earnings and payments?

Yes! Your vendor dashboard includes a sales and payment summary where you can easily track your earnings, pending payments, and transaction history.

What if a customer has an issue after receiving the product

Customers can contact Shoppsm support. We’ll coordinate with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether it’s a replacement, repair, or refund.

Can I offer warranties on my products

Yes! Vendors are encouraged to offer warranties on eligible products. Clear warranty details should be mentioned in your product descriptions.

How can I maintain a good seller rating

Deliver orders on time, ensure product accuracy and quality, and respond to customer messages promptly — these actions help build trust and improve your seller rating.

What is Shoppsm’s return policy

Customers can request a return within the allowed time (as per our policy) if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Who bears the shipping cost for returned items

If the return is due to a product issue or incorrect item, the vendor covers the return shipping cost. For customer-change returns, charges may vary.

How are refunds processed

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund is initiated to the customer’s original payment method. The vendor’s payment is adjusted accordingly.

What if I disagree with a customer’s return request
