Ordering & Payment
You can confirm and process orders directly from your dashboard. Just update the order status and prepare the product for shipment.
Shoppsm can manage shipping through our Fulfillment by Shoppsm service, or you can choose to deliver orders yourself — whichever works best for your business

Yes! Your vendor dashboard includes a sales and payment summary where you can easily track your earnings, pending payments, and transaction history.
After sales
Shoppsm provides basic customer assistance, but as a vendor, you are also responsible for ensuring product quality and responding to customer inquiries related to your products.
Customers can contact Shoppsm support. We’ll coordinate with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether it’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
Yes! Vendors are encouraged to offer warranties on eligible products. Clear warranty details should be mentioned in your product descriptions.
Deliver orders on time, ensure product accuracy and quality, and respond to customer messages promptly — these actions help build trust and improve your seller rating.
Refund
Customers can request a return within the allowed time (as per our policy) if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
If the return is due to a product issue or incorrect item, the vendor covers the return shipping cost. For customer-change returns, charges may vary.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund is initiated to the customer’s original payment method. The vendor’s payment is adjusted accordingly.
